When you submit the pilot form, we collect the company name, your name, trade, phone number, and your consent to be contacted. We may also receive ordinary technical data needed to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, evaluate pilot fit, communicate about Barley, operate the website, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers and retention
We may share information with vendors that host the site, deliver form notifications, or support communications, only as needed to provide those services. We retain application information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Your choices
You may ask us to stop contacting you, and you can reply STOP to an automated text. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information.
Customer messaging
Submitting this site form gives Barley permission to contact the applicant only. It does not authorize Barley to message any of the applicant’s customers. Any customer workflow requires separate setup, rules, and an appropriate legal basis.
